Manna by Franz Haas is a white wine that Franz wanted to dedicate to his wife, whose surname is Manna. This is a blend of 4 wines of different grape varieties, blended together after vinification. These varieties have different ripening times, that is why they are vinified separately with different vinification methods. Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc ferment in steel tanks and the Chardonnay in oak. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is refined by extended lees for about 6-8 months and after that, it is bottled.
