Franciacorta Il Mosnel Saten Brut

Franciacorta Il Mosnel Saten is a wine produced with Chardonnay grapes from the Il Mosnel winery in Franciacorta. The vineyards are in the suitable areas in the municipality of Passirano, pede hill of Monterotondo and Fantecolo with exposure East - South / East in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested manually around the middle of August and taken to the winery for pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel vats for about 10-12 days at low temperature and 40% in French oak barrels. The refining of sparkling wines continues until spring after the harvest when they are assembled to give rise to Franciacorta Il Mosnel Saten. The wine is bottled with the addition of yeasts and sugars which will allow the development of the bubbles inside the bottle following the second fermentation. After a period of 36 months of refining, the Franciacorta wine is bottled. Il Mosnel Saten is disgorged, dosed and placed on the market.
