Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Andrea Arici

Franciacorta Dosage Zero Andrea Arici is a Dosage Zero wine by Andrea Arici produced with 90% Chardonnay grapes and 10% Pinot Nero cultivated in a very special environment of Franciacorta in the municipality of Gussago. The grapes are harvested manually andd taken to winery for the gentle pressing of the grapes and only the musts from the first presses are used for the production of this Franciacorta wine. The fermentation of the sparkling bases takes place in thermocontrolled steel tanks at about 17 ° C for about 15 days. Subsequently, the Franciacorta sparkling wines rest on the lees for 6 months before being blended in the right proportions of the enologist and bottled. This bottling, according to the classic method is called tiraggio", is made with the addition of sugar and yeasts which allow the development of bubbles in the bottle and the transformation into the Franciacorta DOCG wine. After the fermentation, the Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Andrea Arici wine is aged in bottle on its yeast for 30 months before disgorging, followed by another 6 months before being released on the market.
