They mainly produce rice managing the entire process, from farming to selling, and the main types of rice are Carnaroli and Vialone Nano from Mantua. The company also has a workshop where they make their extra jams using only fresh fruit which is worked the same day and without additives or preservatives. Jams are then 'scented' with natural ingredients, such as cinnamon, ginger, vanilla and more.
