Ferghettina Franciacorta Saten Brut

Freghettina Franciacorta Saten is a 100% Chardonnay wine and is Franciacorta Saten from Ferghettina Winery. Chardonnay from the best vineyards of limestone and clay, placed at a height of 250 meters above sea level. The grapes are manually harvested around the middle of August and taken to the cellar for a gentle pressing through the use of pneumatic presses. The musts are fractionated in the first pressing and the second pressing, only the first portion of must are used to produce Franciacorta wines that ferment in temperature controlled steel tanks at a temperature of about 16-18 ° C. After about 6 months from harvest wines are blended and bottled with the addition of sugar and yeasts that will perform second fermentation in the bottle according to the Franciacorta method. Disgorgement takes place after 36 months of aging in bottle after which the Ferghettina Franciacorta Saten is released on the market.
