Ferghettina Franciacorta Brut

Ferghettina Brut Franciacorta is produced in the famous Franciacorta Ferghettina winery. This Brut Franciacorta is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the best areas of Franciacorta as Ferghettina owns vineyards either owned for rent in almost all the vocational unity" of Franciacorta thereby producing Franciacorta wines with several features that during blending will give a very balanced Franciacorta wine. The grapes are manually harvested around the middle of August and taken to the cellar for gentle pressing, the musts ferment in temperature controlled steel tanks and a small part in French oak barrels. At the end of fermentation, theFranciacorta  wines remain in contact with their lees for about six months before blending and bottling which, according to the "metodo classico" is carried out with the addition of sugars and yeast in order to allow the development of the famous bubbles. After 24 months of aging on the lees in the bottle Ferghettina Brut Franciacorta is disgorged and released on the market.
