Sgambaro farfalle is an excellent quality pasta, so it can be used in a variety of recipes. One of my favorites is a pesto pasta with Sgambaro farfalle. To prepare it, start by boiling 500 g of Sgambaro farfalle in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, prepare a pesto with basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and toss with the pesto. Add some ground black pepper and serve the pasta piping hot.
