Eretico Bianco Citari IGT

L'Eretico Bianco Citari is the best wine from Trebbiano Lugana grapes. The name comes from the fact that in the production areas of this wine, Lake Garda, lived in the past of heretics. White Eretico is a wine obtained from grapes from the most well-known areas, 5500 are the stems per hectare, clayey and calcareous soil that give the wine a distinct minerality. Harvesting takes place around mid-October, vinification is carried out in controlled temperature tanks, followed by continuous battonage for about seven months and a short tonneau refinement. White wine is loaded and powerful, elegant and refined, a concentrate of aromas without forgetting a pleasant freshness.
