De Vite Hofstätter

De Vite Hofstatter is a wine produced by the famous South Tyrolean winery Joseph Hofstatter with the classic grapes of the Trentino region such as Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon and Riesling. The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Tramin, Termeno and neighboring countries and are developed on the fantastic hills that characterize these places. The grapes are manually harvested and vinified separately, after a gentle pressing the must ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 17 ° C for about 15 days. Subsequently, the wines that make up De Vite Hofstatter age in steel until the spring following the harvest in which they are blended and after a period of settling, De Vite Hofstatter is bottled and released on the market.
