Can I know when delivery will take place before placing an order?

The approximate delivery date can be found under each product on the product page. Once you have placed your order, you will be notified as soon as it has been dispatched and you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier.

How are fresh products shipped?

Shipments of fresh products to European countries are made by 24-hour express delivery and orders are packed in isothermal packaging using gel ice.

Fresh products for delivery in Italy are shipped by a temperature-controlled courier specifically for foodstuffs transport. Delivery times for Italy vary from 48-96 hours depending on the destination, for further information please visit this page. Please note that during this time your order will always be kept at a temperature suitable for storage.

I have not received the email confirming my order. What can I do?

First, check the Spam folder of your e-mail client.

If you are registered, you can check the status of your order from your account in the My orders section.

How are orders containing perishable and non-perishable products shipped?


Consignments containing perishable products are shipped express 24 hours and orders are packed in isothermal packaging using gel ice.

 

Can I change the holder of the invoice?

A change of invoice holder, if requested at the time of ordering, may be requested within 3 days of the order date and will only be carried out by our administration if the invoice has not yet been published on the portal of the tax agency.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

The shipping address can be changed without delay until before the order is shipped. The time required to request the change depends on the order preparation time, which can range from 24/48h to 7 days.
It is also possible to change the delivery address after the product has been dispatched, but this will cause a delay of at least 24/48 hours in dispatch because the courier has to pass the order through logistics again.

However, it is not possible to change the delivery address if payment is made via PayPal. In this case the order must necessarily be returned, cancelled and then re-ordered.
