How it's made | The cherry tomato sauce is made with freshly picked tomatoes, the selected tomatoes are washed and blanched in boiling water, once cooked they are sieved so that the solid parts like the seeds separate. The sauce that is obtained at about 80°C is put in containers with basil and salt and are hermetically sealed and pasteurized to make them sterile. |
