Chardonnay Laimburg is a wine produced in Trentino Alto Adige from the Laimburg winery in Bolzano. The best Chardonnay vineyards of the Laimburg estate are selected to produce this wine. At the end of August the harvest of Chardonnay grapes begins, which are brought to the winery for the soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a temperature of 15-17 ° C.
