The Modica IGP Tumminello chocolate biscuits of the GraniSi line are made exclusively with ancient Sicilian grains. Timilia flour, an ancient Sicilian durum wheat characterised by a low gluten index, and Mallorca flour, an ancient soft wheat cultivated for centuries in Sicily and known to be among the lowest in gluten. 

These wheats are organically grown and processed, keeping all nutritional and organoleptic characteristics intact. In addition to the absence of GMOs, these grains are also stone milled, making it possible to preserve all those properties that make the product not only healthier, but also more digestible.
