Bianco senza Solfiti Telòs Tenuta Sant'Antonio is a wine produced by the famous Venetian winery Tenuta Sant'Antonio. Bianco senza Solfiti Telòs Tenuta Sant'Antonio is a wine of the Telòs line that is produced without the addition of sulphites with Garganega and Chardonnay grapes grown in the Colognola ai Colli vineyards in the province of Verona. The Garganega and Chardonnay grapes are harvested and selected strictly by hand before being transported to the winery for vinification. The pressing takes place in total absence of oxygen through the use of inert gases that saturate the environment preventing the contact between oxygen and must, sulphites are not added then the must is immediately conveyed into the steel vats for fermentation. This process takes place at a low temperature, after which the White wine without Solfiti Telòs Tenuta Sant'Antonio is kept in the same containers for a few months before bottling.
