Bianco Collio La Rajade is a white wine produced by the La Rajade winery in Friuli. This Bianco Collio La Rajade comes from the vinification of grapes of young vineyards in a varietal mix of Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, giving a unique flavor at the wine. Once harvested, the grapes are gentle pressed avoiding contact with the oxygen to avoid the oxidation of the must and the loss of aromatic substances, fermentation takes place in 15 days after which Bianco Collio La Rajade remains in steel in aging for 7 months before blending and bottling and is placed on the market not before 2 months of aging in bottle.
