In this selection we have chosen cheeses that are particularly significant for us in order to best represent the unmistakable and unique style of Beppino Occelli's production. We have chosen cheeses with ingredients that also represent well the region where these products are produced, Piedmont.

Occelli cheese with Barolo is an extraordinary, award-winning product that matures in the pomace of Barolo DOCG wine from which it takes on the fantastic flavours that inevitably characterise it. Occelli cheese in chestnut leaves is a must in the Occelli household, a product with a strong flavour and above all a persistence that we have rarely found in other cheeses, then of course the touch of maturing in chestnut leaves makes it even more precious.

Crutin is a cheese produced with the addition of black truffle inside the cheese paste. Crutin has a truly pleasant graininess and is also particularly suitable for grating onto the dishes of those lucky enough to have bought it or received it as a gift!
