Uccellanda is the name of the 4.14-hectare vineyard located in the Nigoline di Cortefranca town, near the Iseo Lake. This Chardonnay vineyard creates a wine which is very different from any other wine, especially regarding its mellowness and body. Uccellanda's Chardonnay is harvested when fully ripened and is fermented in 228-liter oak barrels where it is left to rest until it is bottled. This takes place 2 years after the harvest.

Terroir Il vigneto dell'Uccellanda presenta suoli morenici si trova ad un'altitudine di 300 m slm che unito alle particolarità di questa zona come il continuo ricambio di aria che proviene dalla Valle Camonica e i suoli sabbio-limosi con forte presenza di carbonati lo rende un appezzamento degno di dare vita ad una eichetta dedicata. Il vigneto dell'Uccellanda si sviluppa su delle terrazze e la forma di allevamento è la controspalliera con potatura a cordone speronato con una densità di impianto di 5000 piante per ettaro.
