How it's made | Il latte fresco appena munto viene posto in delle bacinelle e viene aggiunto di siero innesto. Successivamente il latte viene posto in delle caldaie di rame viene riscaldato ed aggiunto il caglio naturale. Ottenuta la cagliata viene tagliata manualmente segue l'innalzamento della temperatura per la cottura. Il formaggio viene successivamente posto in delle fascere. Solo le forme idonee a diversi controlli diventeranno Bella Lodi e verranno colorate di nero. |
