Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Naturae is a wine derived from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, is a Franciacorta with a strong personality with a very important acid structure. The grapes that make this Franciacorta come from vineyards located at higher elevations to allow the conservation of the acidity during ripening and obtain sparkling bases with perfect features for producing Millesimati wines that can defy time. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are harvested around the middle of August and taken to the cellar for a soft pressing, the musts ferment in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels where they remain for six months before blending. The blending phase or cuveè occurs just before bottling, wine is bottled with added sugar and yeast that will lead the second fermentation in the bottle and then allow the appearance of the typical bubbles of Franciacorta wines. Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Naturae remains in the bottle to rest for 30-40 months before disgorging and entering the market.
