Antica Fratta Franciacorta Essence Saten Brut

Antica Fratta Franciacorta Essence" Saten is a wine that is born from the winemaking of the Chardonnay variety for 100% to obtain a delicate and elegant Franciacorta wine. These grapes are grown on the hills of Franciacorta and manually harvested at ripening reached around the middle of August. The yield in must is about 55% and is vinified in thermocontrolled stainless steel tanks. A part of the sparkling bases wine suitable to become Antica Fratta Franciacorta "Essence" Saten are put into barriques for a variable time. In the spring following the harvest, the cuvee takes place: Antica Fratta Franciacorta "Essence" Saten is the result of a wise blend of the best Chardonnay wines of the current season, is therefore a Millesimato. Aging is 30 months and 24 of these are left on yeasts in the bottles before disgorging and being released on the market.
